Connect2Media, a UK-based entertainment company has acquired Israeli mobile distributor company, RayFusion.
RayFusion used to distribute games from Telco Games and expanded its catalog with time.
The deal will help RayFusion to expand its distribution network to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and to Latin America.

RayFusion will use the new full distribution coverage to offer its suppliers a wider distribution network with the same high standard of performance, reporting and payments.”
RayFusion will be a standalone entity with operational independence from Connect2Media.
It will retain its name and corporate identity and there will be no changes to its personnel or operations.
